ABOIUT THE WORKSHOP:  This class is open to all levels of skills. A different watercolor will be taught each Wednesday using wet on wet as well as dry brush techniques and the student will complete a finished painting by the end of class.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:  Tjhis workshop is designed to be a 2 day class in Beginning Acrylics Techniques. The class will use both reference photos and original paintings.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:  Beginning to advanced artists will enjoy this project. The goal is a finished “story” of a trip, special occasion, or holiday painted and collaged on a 3” x 24” stick ready to hang as a gift or in your home. D-doodles will be introduced for patterned backgrounds. Students will bring a black, fine tip sharpie pen; collage materials no larger than 2.5 inches square, copies of small pictures on paper (not actual photographs), copies of mementoes (special occasions or holiday theme), and a 16 ounce or larger water container.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:  In this workshop students will learn how to establish value, emotion, energy, and depth in their paintings. Students will bring their own watercolor supplies to include pencils  (#2b and #4b), a sketchpad (140-lb cold press paper or block pad 11x15), brushes (1/2” to 1” flat/#2, #6, #8 rounds, synthetic or natural), a palette, paints (intense red, yellow, and blue), WC board, water container, paper towels, and artist tape.
